You agree not to use ChapChap Design to: • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others. • Generate deepfakes, misleading content, or imagery depicting real individuals without consent. • Produce content depicting minors in any inappropriate context. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service. • Use automated tools to abuse the Service or circumvent usage limits. • Resell access to the Service without authorization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

**Your content**: You retain ownership of the prompts and creative inputs you provide. Subject to the rights granted to AI providers under their terms of service, you own the visuals generated through the Service for your use. **Our content**: The ChapChap Design brand, logo, interface design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of ChapChap Design. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or its components. **License grant**: By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating visuals and improving the Service.

Content generated by ChapChap Design is produced by AI models and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors. You are responsible for: • Reviewing all generated content before use. • Ensuring generated visuals comply with applicable laws and regulations. • Verifying that generated text, imagery, and designs meet your standards. ChapChap Design is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may: • Perform maintenance with or without prior notice. • Experience downtime due to third-party provider outages. • Modify, suspend, or discontinue features at our discretion. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChapChap Design and its affiliates shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. • Damages exceeding the amount you paid to ChapChap Design in the 12 months preceding the claim.
