When you use ChapChap Design, we collect the following information: • **Account information**: name, email address, and profile picture when you sign up via Google OAuth. • **Usage data**: the visuals you create, prompts you enter, and how you interact with our features. • **Payment information**: processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. • **Device and log data**: IP address, browser type, operating system, and access timestamps for security and analytics purposes. • **Uploaded content**: any reference images or brand assets you upload to generate visuals.

We use your information to: • Provide, maintain, and improve ChapChap Design's services. • Generate visuals based on your prompts and creative context. • Process transactions and manage your credit balance. • Send important service notifications (account updates, security alerts). • Analyze usage patterns to improve our product experience. • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents. We do **not** sell your personal information to third parties.

ChapChap Design uses third-party AI models (including OpenAI and Google) to generate visuals. Your prompts and creative context are sent to these providers to produce images. These providers may process your data according to their own privacy policies. We do not use your generated visuals to train our own AI models without your explicit consent.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database and authentication services, and cloud storage providers for generated visuals. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated visuals are stored according to your plan's retention policy. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from your account settings. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you. • Request correction of inaccurate data. • Request deletion of your data. • Export your data in a portable format. • Withdraw consent for data processing.
